1. Service Cancellation Policy

Eagle Well Control understands that circumstances may change, requiring adjustments to scheduled services. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business operations.

1.1 Equipment Rental Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 7-14 days before delivery will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before delivery will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable.

1.2 Training Course Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the course will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the course are non-refundable.
  • Participants may transfer their registration to another person at no additional cost with 7 days' notice.

2. Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality services and equipment. If you are not satisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below.

2.1 Service Refunds

  • Refund requests for completed services must be submitted within 14 days of service completion.
  • Refunds will be processed based on the nature of the complaint and our assessment of service delivery.
  • Partial refunds may be issued for services that were partially completed or did not meet agreed specifications.

2.2 Equipment Refunds

  • Defective equipment may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Equipment must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Custom or specially ordered equipment is generally non-refundable unless defective.

Note: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service department. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.

3. Emergency Service Policy

For emergency well control services, different cancellation policies may apply due to the urgent nature of these services and resource allocation requirements.

  • Emergency service calls cancelled before our team is dispatched will not incur charges.
  • Once our emergency response team has been dispatched, a minimum 4-hour service charge will apply.
  • For emergency services exceeding 4 hours, cancellation will be subject to charges for time and resources utilized.

4. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules may change. In many cases, rescheduling may be a better option than cancellation.

  • Services may be rescheduled without penalty with at least 7 days' notice.
  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 7 days' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
  • Training courses may be rescheduled to a future session within 12 months of the original date.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, or industry-wide disruptions), Eagle Well Control reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services without penalty. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or credit toward future services.
